Top tips

  • Need a true hard refresh? Toggle “Hard reload (bypass cache)” before you press Start.
  • Typing, uploads, and media will pause timers automatically — look for guard badges in the popup.
  • Use the Options page to set defaults, quiet hours, and import/export rules.
  • Keyboard shortcuts: Start/stop (`Ctrl/⌘+Shift+U`), increase (`Ctrl/⌘+Shift+.`), decrease (`Ctrl/⌘+Shift+,`).
